Survey: Do you think there's a "double-standard" rift that exists between the genders?

(I don't think that...but I have noticed that others do...why do some people think that "hypocrisy" would be limited or dominated by any one gender?)

It depends on what you are talking about... Sure there may be some issues that people call 'double standards' but thats just because the sexes ARE different, period.... Its debatable though, and generally a case by case basis too....

Anyone can be hypocritical...

Yes, their is a double standard..... and though this may seem unpopular there should be!!!.

The reason there is a double standard is that we are dealing with two DIFFERENT THINGS.  Is there a double standard when dealing with cats and dogs.... yes, you don't expect a dog to p**p in a box filled with sand do you?

Whenever two different things are being talked about there is always a double standard.  One standard for one thing..... and another standard for the other.  Unlike a lot of imagined differences that humans concoct there is a real difference between men and women, physiologically, mentally, emotionally.... in almost every way.  So why would we expect there to be a single standard governing two vastly different things?  We shouldn't and people should really really really stop pretending like men and women are the same or should be treated as such.

You mean a quadruple-standard rift. Man are from Mars, woman are from Venus.  Could they be further removed from each other? The female gender blaming the males for being hypocrites? Or vice versa.

Or are the hypocrites blaming the hypocrites for being hypocritical?

yes..like I have been noticing the bathing suits on guys now go down to their knees...while the womens bikini's are getting smaller.

   I want to see men in thong bikini's...it's not fair !!

(but until they invent something that allows you to walk in others shoes..you don't know what others go through to get like that, because you only see whats going on..on the outside.

  so I choose to never even mention the word hypocrisy, because everyone is guilty of it somewhere deep down being a hypocrite, simply because judging someone on the surface "say a women who dresses s**y" calling her a ****...(so she buys her guy a pack of beer) the other women call her an alcoholic, but a guy can drink a six pack, and he is just being a guy...Then trying to make her man happy, orders a pizza..but to no-avail...the pizza boy, gets a hard on...then calls her a slutbag..while still enjoying his view of her bustia, and garter outfit......while her man only sees the pizza...and says you want me to eat this sheet....gets mad and goes in the other room to watch p**n..lol

  but I don't get to salivate over the pizza boy? that's only on Friday nights..and atleast it doesn't cost me $19.95 a month........it only cost $5.99..so there
