Survey: How do you pick your contacts?

A bit of humor? Do you pick your contacts more carefully than say, your nose? or a head of lettuce?

Well... humor is good, but it depends on each person's brand of humor.

Some have humor that just doesn't match mine.  

I don't usually pick contacts... they pick me. When that happens, I look at the level, questions and answers and see if there is even a reason they added me. If we have nothing in common and I know I will never answer the type of questions they ask, I don't add them.

The point of having contacts is to answer at least some of their questions and to have some things in common to work with.

I'm not going to add rude, nasty, insulting or totally vulgar people since I am not like that. What would be the point?

I am so new that right now I don't have any. I am reading and watching Questions to see who to answer. I don't pick my nose and it doesn't take but a second to pick a head of lettuce. This is much more energy.

I don't remember if I picked you or you picked me but that was certainly a sweet e-mail you sent the other day. You seem like a very sweet person therefore a contact is born!
