i can't say that i know the answer to this question, so i'll guess.

approximately 405 hours after the 3rd day at 4 pm.

I'm guessing it'll take about 13 weeks to grow, and another 10-14 to blossom and sausitize. This should bring you to about spring time, which I hear is prime time for sausage buyin in Venezuela.
