I'd go with fresh sashimi, fresh oysters, a porterhouse steak, and an ice cold kettle one on the rocks. To complement the steak I would have a Biale Zinfendel. For desert I would go with a chocolate lava cake with hersheys fudge and some vanilla ice cream and a hand rolled cuban montecristo cigar on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

Salad with honey mustard dressing.

Pasta in a seasoned olive oil butter and parmesan sauce with shrimp and chicken in it.

Then for dessert it would be the biggest piece of chocolate fudge cake with ice cream on the side. I'm getting fat just thinking about it...

Well if it was mine today i would like steak diane and fresh fruit salad to follow, mine is Friday and i am having 6 teeth out on Thursday night so i will have to make do with soup followed by rice pudding...lol    

I am sure the birthday boy will chose poptarts and Fanta though..
