Survey/Questions for school-age Volleyball players?

Question

A bunch of questions actually:

1. What Grade are you in?

2. Boy or Girl?

3. How long have you been playing?

4. What state do you live in?

5. Do you play on your school's team?

6. Do you play club?

7. For Boy's only, is your season in the Fall or in the Spring?

This whole thing might seem creepy, but I'm asking because I want to survey grassroots and high school volleyball across the country and I think we have a good mix of youth here.

I want to learn which states have early programs for boy's and girl's and which states have have boy's volleyball in the fall and which ones have it in Spring, like the NCAA.
