Survey? So. Cal New Realtors how many homes have you sold this year?

I'm new to RE and just wondering what the average has been for everyone. These shorts sales are long, the bank deals seem to want offers above, and the clients keep waiting for the market to drop.

I do work full time at a stable job with stable income. I do love doing RE and hope the market will turn.

Any feedback or tips greatly appreciated ~ everyone stay positive!
