time you have waited between answering a question and receiving the best answer for it?

I have just had a BA for a question I answered 5 months ago!!!!

About a 1/2 weeks and they were voted from suspended accounts...curious to know what BA it was... :-)

I got one after about 6 months by which time the account it was on had been long suspended lol :)

An answer on a question that doesn't get picked as best answer by the person answering just goes to votes.  If there are no votes or there is a tie then that question could be hanging around for months!

On the home page there is a tab to vote for undecided questions so someone may have voted for you....finally!

I had one 3 days ago from 7 of 9 from one she posted 3 months ago...

oh my god it wasnt that long anyway, prob a few weeks is all!  I look at it then and think.....did I really say that??lol

Mine was about the same. i got a best answer in May for a question i answered at Christmas last year.

That sounds about right, I'm having some right trouble recieving Best answer e-mails, I don't get them, it only tells me I've got 10 points, i have to go in my profile and look to see who they've come from.
