Really good sandwich.?

Fresh crusty bread, mayonnaise instead of butter, really good fresh salad, strong mature cheddar cheese and good quality cooked meats .

Or if making a bacon butty a nice soft barm cake , no butter but dipped in the bacon grease and really crispy bacon with HP brown sauce, my idea of heaven mmmm

Just cooking the bacon right, whichever way the person prefers, fresh bread, brown sauce & served with a fresh coffee & a smile, oh & the paper if you like to read as you eat or just sit & chat, enjoy........sometimes an egg is nice on top of the bacon........making me hungry now......few chips on the side.......haha!!

Never...and I mean never put the cheese against the bread.  Always stick it between the meat.
