You are walking out of wal-mart, and on the way back to your car you find a wallet. Upon further inspection inside the wallet you find $132, and and license with the picture of a 79 year old woman on it. Knowing now that this belongs to this elderly woman, and you could simply call her up and tell her you found her wallet, and return it, would you? Would you keep it? Would you return it? Or would you take the money and give the rest back? Then what if you kept the money, and gave the rest back, and she gave you a $50 reward for finding it?

I want serious answers. Thanks.

  1. I would pick up the wallet and return it to the customer service counter inside of Walmart.  I probably would not even open the wallet to look inside.  Since it was found in Walmart's parking lot, I would let them handle the situation.  I wouldn't even think of taking the money or anything else that was inside.  This is my serious answer.

  2. Honestly, given the situation, i would have turned it into the security at Wal-mart.

  3. I would most certainly return it to the lady that lost the wallet.  I would first take it to the police station and go from there.  If she was to give a reward for the return of her wallet, I would not take it. I would not feel right taking her money and my conscious would eat me up.
