I ate once at the Fast Food Italian place called Fazoli's and got very sick.  I'll never visit them again.

Applebees.  Took about 10 min before anyone came to take our order then took another 20 min before even just salads came out, bar drinks came alot later and the food was gross.  Medium rare steak came out bloody rare.

the most disgusting food ever! super greasy, bad taste like it was old or something! or maybe over cooked! That was at one in Flagstaff, AZ...by fiance talk me into trying it in Pheonix...and in Hawaii...yeah no!! i will not eat there ever again!

Whataburger

Don't get me wrong, their hamburgers are alright, but what really makes me dislike this place is their fries. They taste like they've been sitting on the cooling tray for a week!

Worst resturant, I would say Golden Corral. When it first opened in this West Texas town of 90k+-, they had hot bread, a baked potatoe you would kill for, clean, good waitresses, and a great bargain for your family or friends to accompany you. They offered you upon completion of the meal, complimentary coffee. Not no more. Grease on the grille, floor, and sneeze guard, salads that have turned brown, no hot rolls, by the time they bring em out their cold, and hard on the edges. No drinks to be refilled, gotta get up and do it yourself, dirty plates, used plastic forks instead of a regular fork, (which may have been a blessing, at least it was clean), no soup, and the whole dining experience really sucked. This place has gone to the grease pits of the restaurant chains and needs a complete makeover. Oh yea, they use to mhave a decent sugar free desert, none to be found, and ask the bakery person, "Duh, what's that!?" they replied. I rest my fork!!!

KFC we orderd a small 8 piece bucket and it took 35 minutes AT A FAST FOOD RESTUARNT and to despite that they got the order wrong and this wasn't a one time thing i have to wait up to 20 minutes multiple times just for a snacker meal
