i still believe the support level of sensex to be 14000 and resistance level of 21000. so i dont see sensex below 14000 in the near future.

there is a healthy possibility of sensex to go further down to reach 12000 in two three months from now.. because fii are divest its funds from India and global economy and factor like crude and inflation are big threat for most of the country. and foreign fund off load their investments from India to curb their huge lose due to sub prime crunch.

but for long term perspective it is good time for value investing there are many stock which is traded very lower to its fair value. invest in it and stay long.

Not necessarily 12000 - we may see rebounds before that.
