Sushi Ideas???

I went to this Japanese Bistro last weekend it was delicious!! specially the fish tempura and i loved the cali rolls...are there any sushi suggestions??

All sushi is yummy. My favorite is peperfin, himachi and toror.

seafood isn't the only thing eaten raw , some people like raw steak . me - i like both . smoked eel is delic .

ahi

red snapper

shrimp

oysters

halibut

blue fin

i avoid shark because i like them

most any seafood  can be eaten raw , it's all in the freshness

From what you say you havent tried the raw, so heres a fun one you can make at home, add to a regular roll some smoked salmon, avacado, a blob of cream cheese and some asparagus!  Yum!!!
