  1. In Japanese cuisine, sushi is vinegared rice, usually topped with other ingredients, including fish (cooked or uncooked) and vegetables. Outside of Japan, sushi is sometimes misunderstood to mean the raw fish by itself, or even any fresh raw-seafood dishes. In Japan, sliced raw fish alone is called sashimi and is distinct from sushi, as sashimi is the raw fish component, not the rice component. The word sushi itself comes from an outdated grammatical form of a word that is no longer used in other contexts literally, sushi means "it's sour."

My favor is sushi with eel.

  2. ALL Sushis are GOOD and they are good for you

Look at da Japanese, after losing a WORLD WAR and having TWO atomic bombs dropped upon your country, (the only country ever), they still a super power!!! Why? There you go!!!!

  3. If I go to a new sushi place I order basic rolls and sashimi or tempura. If they cannot get those right.. the rest probably suck! My fav are catepillar roll or rainbow.

  4. sushi is the way to go. some places make theirs better than others though.
