  1. If you're looking for specific nutritional information I've found this site to be helpful:

    http://www.sushifaq.com/sushi-calories.h...

It doesn't include everything and it's just averages, but it gives you an idea of the calories/fat/protein of many sushi and a few common rolls.

  2. The fish is very good for you.  Protein, natual oils, etc.  The rice doesn't have too much nutritional value.  And if you are eating rolls that have sauces or fried ingredients, they are losing points too.  But overall it is all fresh and natural and between the seafood and vegetables full of nutrients.  I don't have specifics but I'm sure you can google sushi nutritional value.

  3. sushi is good for your health by helping your eyes, and its less faty, but a warning for tuna lovers, tuna these days have a lot of mercury content so u should try to cut back on that, and if your young like 14 below, u should avoid it

  4. Alot of sushi like the california roll contain mayo which is high in fat and calories. Some types aren't too bad calorie/fat wise. I mean if your watching your weight, sashami is the best way to go. But sushi is very healthy because of the fish.
