Liverpool midfielder, Suso, has admitted that he has learned a lot from the Under-20 World Cup for the Spanish national team. He claimed that he has matured as a player and is looking forward to the start of the season with Liverpool
next month.
The Spain Under-20 side lost out to Uruguay in the quarter-final as the latter scored an extra-time goal to secure a berth in the last four of the tournament.
Suso admitted that this is probably the biggest tournament he has played in his career and the midfielder is keen on improving as a player. The player stated that Spain performed brilliantly in the group stage and won all three
games. However, the games against Mexico and Uruguay in the last 16 and the quarter-final were always going to be difficult.
“I think we have to learn from every moment, from every point of the tournament. I think this will obviously be the biggest one, and it will be a learning experience for all of us. We got nine points in the groups, but in the knockout
