Suspecious Microphone/Camera Device in my Neighbours garden ????

Question

I spotted this strange device sititng on my neighbours grass looking through a gap on the fence proped up on a fuel barrel or something simular. Everytime we talk a red lights turns on and i think it might even have a camera. It has no wireless or anything though? What on earth is it? here is a picture:

Weird! It really looks like a camera.

I think you should straight up ask your neighbor about it. You deserve to know if you are being monitored.

Its for scaring off rodents, mice,gophers ect
