Well the insurance i guess didnt know about it either..

But neways...I live in MA

im 17 years old...got it suspended for speeding...it was stupid i was doing 30 in a 20.

I thought school zones were 30 wen school is not in session.

Well besides the point i would like to know what i would have to pay and wat classes i might need to take to reinstate my license because im under JOL (Junior Operate License) Law.

THANK YOU!

  1. How can you say it wasn't your fault?

    You were driving illegally.

If you hadn't been there the accident wouldn't have happened.

Even if it was blatantly the other guys' fault, the judge may find you maybe even more than 50% at fault just for being where you weren't supposed to.

    Good luck.

  2. You are going to be fine because you are 17 and you were only speeding (not killing people) on your "prior".  Since they didn't catch you at the scene of the accident, the main thing they want is for the other driver to be "made whole".  Can you do that.  or wasn't there another car involved.  If not, you are definitely ok.

There may not be a fine on your suspension.  But there may be a time limit.  You can't be free to resume driving until that date.  The police or court will tell you the date.

  3. They are going to come get you and put you in prison until you turn 40.  After that, you will never be allowed to have a driver's license again.

Just kidding.  I have no idea.

  4. They might be able to, since you were driving on a suspended license, but what do I know??? I live in NJ.

  5. yep, they can

  6. If the police are involved and they find out your drivers license is suspended while doing the crash investigation you will be cited for DUS. When investigating a traffic crash they do not have to witness the violation to cite you.

  7. If it wasn't your fault, the other company should be trying to get you fixed up.  I'd suggest leaving out your own insurance company and contacting the other at fault insurance and asking for a reasonable amount to fix the damage to your car.  Perhaps your license status won't even come up.

  8. They can still get  you  and it is some  your fault as  you should not have been driving, another  slow learner

  9. no license till you are 25.

  10. You will be severely fined for doing this first off and as for taking a driving class to help you, that will be up to the judge and I dont see much luck in that since he or she will be looking at you driving on a suspended license....
