Suspended sente/revocation hearing?

I got two tickets on fish and game violations/ both misdaminors/ he gave me 5 yrs sus and a small fine. I made a misstake and Im here again he gave me on the susp a half a mill dollar bond and sentenced me to 330 days in jail. I appeled it and want a fair hearing. Im out on bond but the county att said he is pissed off at me and wants me thrown away. How can I get a fair hearing.or can I move it out of the county. now its in dist court and i just want fair not someone who is pissed off and trow the book at you.or am i screwed

Get yourself a good lawyer, one who wins. Might cost a pretty penny, but it willl be well worth it in the end.

You are entitled to a neutral and detached judge, but you are not entitled to a neutral and detached prosecutor.  The prosecutor doesn't decide the case, the judge does.
