Suspicious advertisement?

I was reading seventeen magazine from a library, an theres this advertisement for helath and fitness.

it's by www.abovetheinfluence.com

It points up and says "Find your way to tell a friend".

The amrkered says Jane- in big letters that are red. Below in print it says:

I know why you've been skipping the gym. We need to talk.

Theres a pic of a blonde girl w/ a green apple in her hand and her eyes are colored red ith drawn black bags udner her eyes. Theres thick black clouds of smoke coming out of her mouth.

On the other page it does not go through.

I thought someone vandalized my magazine when I first saw that ad, but no, it's supposed to be there.
