Suzann Pettersen happy with performance

Norwegian Suzann Pettersen, who faltered in the last two rounds of Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia 2012, has said that she is ready to atone for lapses she made last week and will try to do her best
at the upcoming LPGA Hana Bank Championship 2012.
The Hana Bank Championship 2012 is scheduled to be staged from October 19-21, at Incheon, South Korea, with solid line-up featuring almost all the top-ranked LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf
Association) stars.
Some of the key players ready to tee off on October 19 include current world number one Yani Tseng, Michelle Wie, Stacy Lewis, Inbee Park, Cristie Kerr, Na Yeon Choi, Shanshan Feng and Hee
Young Park.
Pettersen is confident and thinks that she can beat star performers at Incheon this week.  But when she was asked during her latest interview that why her performance was not that good in
the last tournament—Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia 2012, she said that she made mistakes, but overall, she is satisfied with that performance.
Pettersen, who had been out of form for several months, has seen her game regain its old form lately as she recorded good finishes in some of the recent tournaments.
Winless since her last LPGA triumph at the Safeway Classic in August 2011, the Norwegian star has learned to get over a performance slump, as she is now focusing on consistency and aggressive
play.
“I actually felt pretty good. Last week was a good week in a lot of ways. I started to see some good low scores again. It's kind of been a while. And just got to kind and try and keep that
consistency, stay really aggressive,” said Pettersen who is likely to face the biggest challenge from the defending champion Yani Tseng and the last year’s runner-up Na Yeon Choi of South Korea.
Most important of all, the LPGA titan has won a title at the LPGA Hana Bank Championship back in 2007, and she intends to fully capitalise on this success.
“I'm excited about these next events to come starting in Korea. I feel last week was a good warm up. I won here in the past, but it's been a while, so it would be nice to maybe try and be
there on Sunday”.
