Suzuki SV650 or Yamaha FZ6?

Which one is better overall?

Tough choice, but I would pick the SV.  It was my first bike, and I LOVED it!

I've heard the Suzuki is a great bike and I know the FZ6 is. Try 'em both for yourself.

your kidding right, their both great bikes (Id get the FZ6) but since there not the top bikes for either mfg, it will come down to your taste, while you learn.

its like ice cream...........

some like chocolate..      some like strawberry....

I prefer the Vtwin........... for looks..

But the FZ6 is quicker ...

That's up to the individual.  Sit on both and see how they feel.  If possible, take both for a test ride.  Then judge for yourself after which model is best for you.
