  1. you hooked the hoses up wrong genuis.

  2. The hose coming off of the top of the motor either connects to the airbox or is left open to vent excessive oil/fumes.it may have a plug on the bottom of this hose.this plug is used to hold the excessive oil so it won't get on your tire and cause a wreck.the gas is coming from your carb overflowing into the engine and mixing with oil.DO NOT run the engine under these conditions. It could cause severe damage to the engine.clean the carb, change the oil/filter and possibly the air filter before proceeding.

  3. The hose that comes from the top of the engine is the breather. The other end does not connect to anything but open air. Check your crankcase for gasoline contamination.

Why is it pouring out of the breather? Because the gasoline in your crankcase has raised the oil level. Pressure from the piston coming down is forcing the excess out the top.

Don't even turn that motor over! Drain it, fill it with fresh oil, make sure your float valves in the carb aren't stuck, and try again. NEVER leave your petcock in the Prime position.

Yes, yes, yes!  ALL the oil. Once you get the carb fixed so it doesn't overflow, the gas won't get in the oil anymore.
