Swallon mandibular gland, painful coldsore, horrible tooth aches!!!?

Question

I have been going thourgh alot of stress (I just got out of the phsych ward) I have a horrible huge cold sore, it hurts so bad. The worst part is that my teeth are killing me. Seven in a row starting from the back on my left bottom side. Also on the left side of my jaw there is a little lump/ball the size of a tiny marble that I can move around. the coldsore is getting alittle better everyday but taking awhile. I have had coldsores before but not like this.

what is going on.... I am 15 and female
