Swallow or chew?

i bought this vitamin c supplement chewables.i don't want to chew them because it erodes teeth.i want to swallow the chewables.my question is will the vitamin c be absorbed the same as you would chew it?

Yes, it's OK the pill will still dissolve in your stomach acids. They just offer chewables for people who don't or can't swallow pills, but it will be the same if you chew it or not.

Your teeth won't erode..... And just suck on it until it is fully gone, swallowing won't do you any good

Hi Adam.  You are correct about the potential damage to your teeth.  Just swallowing the pill should work fine.
