Swallowing capsule pills?? Help??

Question

I have to swallow typhoid pills and i have a SERIOUS!! problem swallowing pills, i know its all in my mind but i still cant do it my mouth just pushes the pill away. Does anybody have any suggestions for swallowing capsules thats a really easy way to do it, so i will barley feel the pill in my mouth

Put on top of a teaspoon of applesauce

Or mix them in applesauce. This may sound gross but my husband gets oreos or whatevers around and chews his food then right before he swallows he opens his mouth just enough to sticks the pill into the middle of chewed food the swallows just like he's eating a snack!

Crush the pills up and stir them into yogurt.  Works every time.

My friend also has a big problem swallowing pills so he always swallows his pills with gummy bears. He says it works like a charm and it doesn't taste nasty like when you have to eat the medicine in crushed or powder form.

PLEASE call your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. Some meds cannot be crushed so its important to call the pharmacy and find out. But if crushing a pill is a option the pharmacist gives you, ask him what can you put it in.

Hears what I do I take a SEED WEED cap every day I get a half glass of water open the cap and let the powder out give it a stir(some times) and drink it down I take  PROBIOTICS  the same way, iftheir not caps I have a pill cutter I am able to cut them as small as I want and take little by little
