What are the swears that can't be said on the radio/TV?

(spell them out using dashes separating the letters bc yahoo answers automatically blocks them out if they are spelled correctly)

  1. this is true and shows you how full of it the FCC is. you can't say b....itch (only in certain terms) you can't say s**+....t and you can't say f....uck. you also can't say pu..ssy...and di..ck...and many other words..they will actually BLEEP OUT the phrase GOD DAMMIT..or just God if its used in vain

but interesting enough...the word N.IG.GER isn't NEVER bleeped out and is okay for TV.

now that's just down right disgusting.

  2. well an obvious one would be the F word.

As for others, I;m not 100% sure.

  3. Before 9 o'clock it's anything stronger than cr*p or b*tch really.

  4. In Britain, words such as f*ck, c*nt, m*therf*cker, can't be said before 9pm. After that, anything goes.

Some milder swearing is allowed during the day, generally nothing stronger than b*gger, bl**dy, b*llocks, cr*p, etc. Sometimes sh*t and p*ss are allowed.
