  1. i had a severe sweating problem too, but it was mostly my armpits. i would sweat even in 50 degree weather. when i went to the doctor he said i had 'hyper hydrosis' which is excessive sweating. he prescribed a little bottle which looked like a roll on deodorant. it had the ingredient 'aluminum' in it which really helps to control the sweating. you should go to your doctor and he or she will most likely prescribe it for you.

  2. try antiperspirants. I use axe antiperspirant deodorant. and it works really good.

  3. I think baby powder as well, just make sure you don't get it all over your clothes. Deodorant works for the smell but doesn't keep you dry. The powder would dry it out for a while anyway. Drink lots of cold water to keep cool!

  4. bathe in deodorant..like just fill up a tub with sticks of deodorant and sit in ti for hours at a time.

  5. its probably really hot where you live at.like you said you do run around a lot... you should see the doc if its really bad..good luck!

  6. they actually have a shot to lose sweaty palms. ask your doctor. buy deodorant that says ANTI PERSPARANT < i spelled that wrong, i know. anyway, anti persperant means it makes you stop sweating. if it doesnt say that, then it just makes your sweat smell good. just apply the deo. all over where you sweat, and get that shot.

  7. put deoderant on and baby powder always helps for me
