Sweden bus routes?

How can I see all bus numbers and routes that operate around stockholm and areas like tyreso, haninge etc? Any website that shows individual routes of each bus?

There's a bus map for the city here: http://sl.se/ficktid/karta/vinter/vCity_... The bus stops have system maps too as I remember. This site has links to maps for several areas (Område) covered by the bus system including Tyresö and Haninge.
