Sweden visa?

all agree unanimously on one thing i should get strong documents to get the visa one of those documents a letter from the employer so i need the wording or what he can write to them

Just a brief note from your employer:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I write this letter to comfirm that Mr. x*x is one of my employees.

Mr. x*x has been with the company for x*x years and during this time has worked in x*x departments performing x*x duties. During this time I have found him to be honest/hardworking/punctual etc etc.

I can confirm that I have allowed him leave to visit PLACE on DATE and he will be returning to work upon his return from PLACE on DATE.

Just something like that will do, it must be on the businesses headed notepaper and signed by a senior boss/manager or someone in charge.
