Swedish Girls?

I'm heading off to sweden for a bit, I'm staying at a friends house and i was wondering what the swedish girls are like, i know that there good looking but are they like stuck up, do they speak english? would it be easy to walk up to randoms and chat them up? HELP

My son went to Sweden 9 years ago looking for a girlfriend.

he was disappointed because he is fair himself and the girls there tought he was a local and didn't want much to do with him.

He said the best looking girls had foriegn dark boyfriends.

He was able to chat up a nice looking girl who had a friend with her for support since she was missing a leg.

I know that isn't what you want to hear but honestly, that was his experience.

Don't know if we're all that hard to chat with. Swedes have a reputation for being a little shy and reserved, though - so you might have to keep on trying (but when is it different?) On the + side, you'll find that they usually speak OK English, and that many girls (and other people, too) will think that it's fun to have a little practice.

some are good looking some arent they're only human...

they might not be as open as Americans but sure you can chat them up

Swedish girls can be a bit reserved. And don't mistake their shyness for being stuck up. Once you get to know them they are very friendly,open and fun to be around. Of course all girls are different and this is just a general statement.

All Swedish girls speak good English.

And if you speak English to them they get a lot more interested - they love people from different countries.

And yes - it is always easier to chat up during summer, all swedes are more alive and outgoing during summer!
