To those of you that made fun of the Swedish wrestler, calling him a disgrace and such. You should be very ashamed of yourselves.

This man worked so hard to get there. You obviously have never competed. Then to lose controversially in 2004. Then putting up with this in 2008 and in the end the poor man was right!

They ripped him off!

What should happen now?

Here's the yahoo article if you want it Don't you all feel silly, those of you that ran your mouth about the Swedish wrestler, calling him a disgrace and such. You should be very ashamed of yourselves.

  1. i don't blame this wrestler one bit...i would do the same thing..i have the balls to do something like he did ,other people don't.. they rather to shut up,put their heads down and go home and maybe have a late reaction at home and ****** about being rip-off  days later ..that's the difference in this world, those that have balls and those that don't

  2. Nothing, Wether or not he was right about the call, he conducted himself terribly. In a way completely out of line with the ideals an Olympic Athlete is supposed to embody. He easily could have filed a protest by the book (as he eventually did) without making a scene. How he thought he was gogin to get results by tainting a medal ceremony is beyond me, and deserving of the punishment he got. Nothing changes, He made sure of that when he did what he did during the medal ceremony.

That fact that he was found to be right about the call doesn't make his actions any less disgraceful. If you think this is so I would love to see you explain why. like I said, there are correct ways to protest. Throwing a whiny, crying fit is NOT one of them.

BTW: I compete all the time. You learn to conduct yourself properly and roll with the punches... follow the rules... Then you become a successful and respected athlete. It's the same with life.
