Swedish man commits business fraud in america?

He lives here on an E1 work visa..owns an audio company & then ships the product to the UK breaking all territorial & custom tax laws. Can he get his visa revoked for fraudulent business practices?

  2. Yeah, breaking any law can result in losing your Visa. My friend lost his student visa just by getting a speeding ticket.
