okay so i'm starting to plan my sweet sixteen party because i want it to be really special...but my parents said it cant be too expensive. my cousin's a dj, so i'm gonna ask him if he's willing to do the music part for me...
i think i want it to be semi-formal. like, girls wear somewhat nice dresses, but not like gowns. like a homecoming dress. and guys wear nice shirts and ties, but they can wear jeans if they really really want to.
but i need some other ideas. like, how should i decorate? i have a pretty good-sized back yard with a nice deck and a hot tub and stuff. and my parents will let me take over the basement too...also, what kind of food should i serve?
any other tips will be greatly appreciated!
