Sweet 16 Winter Wonderland ideas?

I turn 16 december 9th. i wanted to have a party at my church in this reception type room. any ideas on decorations, games, food and drinks, attire? i dont want to have a dance party because no one here ever dances! i will be playing only christmas music, cause im in love with it(: any ideas would be a great help. thanks!
