Sweet 16 ideas plx?

I'm thinking of having a black and white ball or starlight ball. Any other ideas that require formal wear? no decade parties plx. Also, does anyone have links for planning a sweet16 in june or anytime. also, i am renting a hall so plx tell me based on that .if you give me theme, can u plx if u have them give me links for decor, etc? Thanks! <3

How about a red carpet party (or whit or black if you choose). Ask the guest to ONLY wear black and white. When they arrive have a photographer (or a cousin with a good camera) take pictures on the red carpet, you know the whole star treatment. You can even be in the area giving guests a chance to take pics with you. You can decorate with white and black table clothes, napkins, etc. Maybe give out a best dresses award - have your guests vote and crown someone at the end of the night (like prom). You can rent a chocolate fountain with white chocolate and get a cake decorated with the same colors (caution: black icing is not too good- try fondant). Good Luck!
