my 16 birthday is in january and i want to plan a sweet 16

ill probably invite about 12-14 ppl

i have a very very tight budget but i want my sweet 16 to be amazing

my family's income is average but nothing spectacular

i just need good ideas of what 2 do for my party

any thing helps!! plz answer
