I currently have for my tea: 1/2 plate of veg, 1/4 plate carbs & 1/4 plate meat.I have made some sweet potato for my tea tonight but I'm not sure if I should include this in my veg or carbs? I put normal potato in the carbs section but whats the difference with sweet potato because it's supposed to be better for you.Also, how many calories are in sweet potato and a normal potato?Thanks in advance!
