does anyone know how many calories? ive been dieting and ive cut out cheese but i like sweet chilli sauce on my salad sandwiches. Just want to makes sure its not too bad, because i feel like its better than mayo.

Sorry don't know about the sweet chili sauce, never heard of it before, but I do know that for example 1Tbsp of the chipotle sauce has 100 calories and 2 OZ of ranch has a whopping 360 calories...

The chili they serve has 290 calories per serving, but I don't know about the sweet chili sauce.  The only thing on the Subway site for the U.S. was a quiz question that stated that "sweet chili sauce" was the most favorite sauce on Subs in Singapore.
