Well, I certainly was asleep at the wheel, I was busy with other garden veggies, canning/freezing! An my sweet corn toughened up (over done) on he stalk!

Is there any recipes for dried sweet corn? Or any use for other than bird/squirrel food!

  1. Too bad! I would give it to your birds and squirrels.

  2. Cut it off the cob and make it into creamed corn. Crushing the corn gives you the good corn flavor without the toughness of the entire kernel.

All corn pops!! so you might go ahead and let it completely dry and rub it off the cobs and make it into pop corn. It ought to be extra flavorful.

  3. Try making a corn chowder. Add some fake crab meat or even some craw fish or shrimp.

  4. POPCORN
