Sweet sixteen bday?

hving a sweet sixteen, soon and can not decide on a theme or what colors i want to do, or if i want to hve a black oout party, and hve eveyrone wear black and and i were like a gold or something, u know what i mean??? need hlep color and theme.

masquerade where everyone dresses up and wears masks. you can pretty much work with any color...pink&gold are cute.. you can also have a blackout party which sounds like fun! a couple other themes, if you like cutesey things you can make it like a tea party kind of old english feel, if you love modern things you can have a night at the movies theme with a red carpet and stuff...idk. up to you!

OK well i am having a sweet 16 too and my theme is crazy color i picked out three main colors bright orange bright yellow and bright royal blue for my balloons and cups and stuff and i telling my guests to dress in CRAZY COLORS!!

if that's not you try a glow in the dark theme get a black light and tell people to wear at least one thing white then hand out glow in the dark necklaces earrings bracelets sticks any thing it kinda like a mini rave

or try mascaraed tell your guest to wear masks and kinda mix in some Marti gras fun stuff

or black and white affair and you be in a color oh silver is a really look at me color so if you want all eyes on you that's he way to go hope i could help have fun at your party

an easy theme for a sweet sixteen is arabian nights.

just get a bunch of fabric and drape it around, get big

puffy pillows of bean bag chairs, that sort of thing.

if you like that idea, arabian nights really works for any color

[except black and white, kinda dull]...but

you get the idea.

its also easy to find decorations for it.

Go for the blackout idea! && make sure that you have on something very different! You want to be noticed itsss yourr nighht! Depending on your styyle go for a white cinderellaa nice dress. or something like a flasshy silver sequinn dress. just make sure it is something that will make you stand out :D

I'm loving the black out theme...or you could try a 80's or 70's retro party....or maybe even a luau with the whole grass skirts and cocoa nut bra thing lol
