Sweet sixteen decorations...?

so im not having a theme im just going to do decorations that are royal blue and white! like i am going to have balloon arches and i have some really cool ideas on how to turn balloons into lets say art!!!

and im going to wrap strands of balloons around the beams of the room and i have white balloons that have led lights in them that make the balloons blink blue but the only problem is that i dont have any way of docorating the chairs because the church basement that im renting only has brown folding chairs so i need a way of sprucing them up and how would u make the fireplace look good cause i dont think that there is a way of concealing it and there are pews in the room what should i do about them? i need help asap!! but this is mostly a chair issue lol!

chair covers can be rented in many colors even on-line which is often cheaper and gives the room a pulled together look. put a bunch of candles or a candelabra in the fireplace. Be a little creative with  the pews. Put balloon bouquets behind them. drape them with fabric for a gift bench. Use some pillows and arrange them with a low table for a lounge area that can be tented with fabric.
