Sweet thirteen party ideas?

Okay Im turning thirteen in a couple months and I need a place in the dallas tx area. It has to be a big room? theres gonna be probably 40 people. and i am gonna have a DJ from 106.1 Kiss fm. what do yall think? am i over doing it? its gonna be about maybe 500 to 600 dollars:)

...maybe have a competition type thing w/ dancing..instead of regular party freestyle..u can have that too......what about slide show w/ pics from all your friend and family..depending on who's coming to party(if friends than friend slide show..both,then slide show w/ both family and friends, etc.)....

and if u don't want to have a party like that if it's too expensive..then wat aabout a spa night/sleepover?..that can be fun
