Sweetner (Simple Syrup) at Starbucks?

So I drink this amazing drink from Starbucks called Passion Iced Tea Lemonade and I want to make it at home. So I now know you combine double strength Passion Iced Tea with Lemonade but to sweeten the drink Starbucks uses a special syrup sweetner and I want to know if I can buy it. Could you ask Starbucks workers to let you buy a package? How much would it cost?

If it's simple syrup then it's not any special recipe. It's simply 2:1 sugar to water simmered until dissolved.
