Swift Tigress to sweep the 1st Leg Pick 6 Jackpot at Yarmouth
Swift Tigress leads the Grade A2 1st Leg Pick 6 Jackpot with 9 to 4 odds. Yarmouth will become home for the 462 metres flat race on Wednesday, 27th June. Competing for the £69 prize money are Ice Cool Light, Risky Rosaleen, Mullpark Romeo, Go Little Jeanie and Fawn Lake.
Swift Tigress, Hometown Boy Nga’s two-year-old fawn daughter out of b***h, Swift Blitz, started her racing career just this season. She scored second in her career debut on 19th January at Yarmouth over 462 metres. This ranking came in after two training sessions at Yarmouth over two different distances.
She remained unsuccessful in the next three outings and then finally posted the debut victory. She won a Grade A3 462 metres flat race on 22nd February as the favourite winner timed the track distance in 28.02 seconds. Finishing as the runner up after leaping through the six lengths was, Athlacca Lucy.
Her very next success was in a Grade A2 462 metres at Yarmouth on 3rd March. The two-year-old concluded the track distance in 28.34 seconds and took charge of the final ¾ of a length.
The runner up, Droopys Aura, timed the track distance in 28.40 seconds. Coming at terms with the third position was Legit Jack.
After staying winless in the next four outings, she was drilled over 277 metres on 31st May at Yarmouth which she closed on in 16.94 seconds. The session arranged by the trainer, Mark Wallis, did prove effective as she won the race that followed right after.
Swift Tigress took 28.65 seconds to settle the 462 metres track distance on 9th June at Yarmouth. Concluding the race the closest to the winner after leaping through the 3 ¼ lengths was, Swift Tequilla.
However, the impact of the training did not last for long as she ended fourth in the last two races that came her way. The only entry with a recent win is Ice Cool Light who won a Grade A3 462 metres flat race on 20th June at Yarmouth. He settled the race in 28.20 seconds.
None of the other entries have won or gotten drilled lately thus Swift Tigress has substantial chances of dominating the race tonight.
