Swiftkit not virus adware?

when i go to scanned swiftkit it comes up with found adware not virus, i downloaded it from download.com so if its not a virus whats a adware, swiftkit is just game its called runescape

viruses harm files.

adware can harm files or just try to collect information. or even download more c**p and viruses into ur comp without you knowing.

thats the main diffrence.

if you download it from download.com dont worry... those guys are pretty safe.

btw runescape is alot of fun... HAVE FUN!

ok what is swiftkit? whatever it is i wouldnt use it; so whatever

It's possible that your virus scanner may have recognised it as Adware without it actually being so. Sometimes they do that.
