Swim bladder and what causes it all my guppy fish keep dying from this am i feeding them too much food

why do my guppy fish keep getting swim bladder what causes it and how can i stop it

As previously mentionned....swim bladder is mostly related to fancy gold fish; besides I feed my guppies flake food al the time.  Is it possible that your tank is too ssmall for the amount of fish that you have in it ?

Highly unlikely it is swim bladder disease.  Can you describe the syptoms?

I doubt it is swim bladder that is killing them. It is pretty rare unless in a fancy goldfish. You can cure it by feeding the fish shelled peas that are mashed up and can fit in there mouth. Swim bladder can be caused by feeding them flake foods and they swallow air along with the food, but I have had guppies b4 and fed them flake food without any troubles.

you must make sure that theres enough oxygen when they're born, and if you're breeding you must be sure that the baby guppies can reach the top to breathe for the first time and fill their air bladders. if they dont, they get swim bladder
