I have 2 fantail goldfish, we had to change aquarium location, so we had to empty and re-fill the tank. they were perfectly fine, but when we put the fish back in the aquarium, 1 of them was floating tummy up, it is not dead, it is still breathing. why is he doing that what should I do?
