  1. I used to have waist-long hair and standard latex or silicone caps always fit me. However, silicone caps tend to stretch more. Try brands like speedo, tyr or nike. It also has to do with how you put your hair: don't try to put your hair in at the same time. Get someone to help you put the cap over your head while your hair is in a ponytail or bun, and then tuck in the rest of your hair. hope i helped.

  2. Do you mean so that there is room inside the cap for a bun? I used to see caps like that all the time in competitive swim wear catalogs. I'm not sure if it was in this one, but this is a good one, in general: Kiefer. If you are not on a team but there is one in your area, ask them.

  3. i have friends with waist long hair, and they can fit into a regular swim cap. tie ur hair up in a bun, and have someone cap u. however, their are special caps for long hair. http://www.amazon.com/Speedo-Silicone-Lo...

  4. How long is your hair?  Have you tried the silicone or the spandex caps?

  5. get on the phone and call local pool supply businesses.

  6. just put your hair up in a bun. if you don't want your hair getting wet than don't go swimming

  7. get spandex
