Swim clubs in Upstate New York for someone new to competitive swimming

I have recently had an increased interest in competitive swimming but I have never swam competitively before. My high school does not have a swim team because we live in a small rural town. I feel like I have the physique for it I am 15 yr old, lean and 6'3. I am looking to join a team for the fall season only but I'm having trouble finding a team close to me. Any help?
