  1. get better goggles, the ones you have, probably don't have good grip. Also you can try making them fit really tight around your head.

    GOOD LUCK

  2. If you're  face planting when you land in the water then that could be what's wrong. Make sure that the top of your head goes in after your hands and arms, not your face.

If you're goggles aren't getting a lot of suction then that could be it, also. Personally, I like the Speedo goggles.

  3. tighten them a little bit

  4. Make sure the goggles fit you correctly and have enough suction on your eyes. If they're an older pair, they may have worn out. Make sure the straps are tight enough to stay snugly on your head (without being painful). If it only has one strap, maybe get a replacement one with two straps or a bungee strap.

Also, if you wear a swim cap, you can try putting your cap over the rim of the goggles to prevent them falling off.

  5. There are a few things you can try, first of all make sure that your are diving properly, and have a good streamline when diving into the pool. You can also try tightening your goggles, when I race my goggles usually are tight enough to give me a slight bruise line around my eyes. You can also try wearing a cap on top of your goggles to help prevent the straps from rolling down and making your goggles come off (you can also wear a cap, then your goggles, and then another cap) Also you can try different types of goggles, and different types of goggle straps which can help. I've found that the Speedo Vanquisher goggles work the best on my face. Most likely it is a problem with how you are entering the water, or your streamline when you are entering the water. I would have your coach watch your starts to see what suggestions they have.
